Deep Cleaning

Our skilled team will quickly descend upon your property to scour every corner and leave it sparkling, deodorized, and rent-ready. Advanced tools and products are used for a deeper clean

  • Refuse removal*
  • All surfaces cleaned and sanitized
  • Floors vacuumed and either damp-mopped (hardwood and laminate floors), or scoured and polished (tile and stone)
  • Appliances cleaned, sanitized, and polished
  • Kitchen disposals tested and deodorized
  • Vent fan covers and permanent filters cleaned
  • Cabinets cleaned inside and out, and polished, hardware tightened
  • Bathtub and shower enclosures scrubbed and polished
  • Wall, door, and moulding scuffs removed as surfaces allow, to reduce or eliminate the need for touch-up painting
  • In-unit laundry machines cleaned, including lint filters and the seal of front-loading machines
  • Windows cleaned inside (and outside as height permits), including window tracks
  • Window coverings cleaned
  • Any observed maintenance concerns are reported

We appreciate that each day of vacancy is lost income. Our schedule is designed with additional capacity around the first of the month, to accommodate last-minute requests

Each job is bid on the spot, often with the ability to start same-day upon approval

Currently, neighborhoods in North and Central Seattle, and North Beacon Hill

Will my housekeeper speak English?

Yes, all individuals under our employ are fluent English speakers

Does my housekeeper earn a Living Wage?

Yes, we believe strongly in fairly compensating our cleaning professionals, with total compensation packages exceeding the local and industry average

How is my housekeeper vetted?

All employees are background checked, bonded, insured, and sign non-disclosure agreements, to assure your cleaning will be handled with care and discretion

What kind of cleaning products do you use?

Whenever possible, your property is cared for with quality products which meet the "Safer Choice" standards designated by the EPA for being safer for people and the environment. However, deep cleaning can require more substantial products which do not meet Safer Choice standards.
